We work for, fund raise and support PHASE WORLDWIDE, a charity improving health care and education in the rural areas of Nepal. I am also a COASTAL GUARDIAN, active member and local organiser of REFILL and a local voluntary BEAUTY BANKER. I am keen on keeping fit particularly cycling, walking, tai chi and singing for pleasure! And enjoy grandparent hood!!!
